Lachlan Farming Limited - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel (the Panel) has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to the application from Lenvat Pty Limited (Lenvat) dated 22 December 2004 regarding Lachlan Farming Limited's (LFL) rights issue.

The application was announced on 23 December 2004, in Panel media release TP04/116. The Panel's decision was announced on 29 December 2004 in Panel media release TP04/118. These releases are available on the Panel's website.
