The Takeovers Panel (the Panel) has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to two applications relating to the affairs of Emperor Mines Limited, one application was for review of the earlier decision.
The first application was announced on 29 September 2004, in Panel media release TP04/87. The Review application was was announced on 19 October 2004, in Panel media release TP04/97.
The Panel's decision was announced on 18 October 2004 in Panel media release TP04/94. The Review Panel's decision was announced on 31 October 2004 in Panel media release TP04/103. These releases are available on the Panel's website.
