Village Roadshow Limited - Panel Makes Interim Orders

The Panel has made interim orders with respect to the application concerning Village Roadshow Limited (VRL) dated 23 January 2004 which was the subject of Panel media release TP 04/08, released on 29 January 2004.

The Panel’s interim orders restrict disposal of ordinary shares in VRL to which the Application relates until the conclusion of the proceeding.
