Skywest Limited 03(R) - Review Panel Requires Further Disclosure in Skywest 03 Review Proceedings
The Panel announces that on 01 September 2004, it has advised both CaptiveVision Capital Limited and Skywest Limited that it has made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of Skywest and has made orders requiring further disclosure for CVC’s off-market takeover bid for all of the ordinary shares in Skywest to proceed.
