The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision in relation the application from Australian Leisure & Hospitality Group Limited (ALH) dated 20 July 2004 alleging unacceptable circumstances in relation to the bid for all of the ordinary shares in ALH by Bruandwo Pty Limited.
