The Panel has made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in relation to an application dated 10 January 2019 by Mr Brendan Dunstan and an application dated 11 January 2019 by OCJ Investment (Australia) Pty Ltd in relation to the affairs of Flinders Mines Limited.
