The Panel has made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances (Annexure A) and final orders (Annexure B) in relation to an application dated 27 July 2012 by 3 applicant shareholders1 in IFS Construction Services Limited in relation to the affairs of IFS (see TP12/47).
