BioProspect Limited 02 – Panel Declines to Commence Proceedings and Publishes Reasons

The Panel has today declined to commence proceedings, and publishes its reasons for decision, on an application dated 11 April 2008 by Gun Capital Management Pty Limited, Bejjal Pty Limited and Exchange Minerals Pty Limited regarding the affairs of BioProspect Limited (see TP08/28).

The Panel's decisions are on the Panel's website at www.takeovers.gov.au.

The President of the Panel appointed Catherine Brenner, Kevin McCann AM (Sitting President), and Anthony Sweetman as the sitting Panel to consider the application.
