The Panel has received an application from John Bridgeman Limited seeking a review of the Panel’s decisions to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of Benjamin Hornigold Limited and a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in relation to the affairs of Henry Morgan Limited (see TP19/004).1
Each of Benjamin Hornigold Limited and Henry Morgan Limited is separately seeking a review of the Panel’s decision to make a declaration of unacceptable circumstances in relation to its affairs.
A review Panel has not been appointed at this stage in relation to any of the applications and no decision has been made whether to conduct proceedings. The Panel makes no comment on the merits of the applications.
