Panel updates index of its Decisions 2004-2013

The Panel has released an update of the index of its decisions. The updated index includes some corrections and also decisions made in 2004, 2005 and 2013. The index can be found at the "Index of Reasons" tab on the Panel's website.

The index is a work in progress. Work on completing the index for 2000-2003 has commenced. The Panel welcomes any comments on the index. Emails can be sent to takeovers@takeovers.gov.au.
