The Panel welcomes Vickki McFadden as its new President. Ms McFadden's appointment was announced today by Parliamentary Secretary to the Treasurer, the Hon Bernie Ripoll MP, together with the appointment of new and reappointment of existing Panel members.
Ms McFadden was appointed as a Panel member in 2008 and was appointed as an acting President in 2011. She has served on sitting Panels and participated in the development of Panel guidance.
“Vickki has considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking and as a company director. Vickki has made a valuable contribution as a member and an acting President. The Panel looks forward to Vickki's leadership and guidance in her new role”, said Allan Bulman, Director.
Ms McFadden replaces Justice Kathleen Farrell, who was appointed a judge of the Federal Court of Australia.

Vickki is the non executive Chairman of Skilled Group Limited and formerly the chair of the Audit Committee of the company.
Vickki is on the board of The Myer Family Company Holdings Pty Ltd, The Myer Family Investments Pty Ltd, Sidney Myer Custodian Pty Ltd and The Myer Family Company Ltd.
Vickki is an experienced investment banker and is a Member of the Advisory Board & Executive Committee, Australian School of Business, UNSW.
Vickki was Managing Director of Investment Banking, Merrill Lynch (Aust) from 1999-2001 and Director, Co-head of Mergers & Acquisitions, Merrill Lynch (Aust) from 1997-1999.
