Multiplex Prime Property Fund 03 – Panel Receives Review Application

The Panel has received an application from Australian Style Investment Pty Ltd seeking a review of the Panel's decision in Multiplex Prime Property Fund 03 (see TP09/84). The Acting President has consented to the review application.

A review Panel has not been appointed at this stage and no decision has been made as to whether to conduct proceedings. The Panel makes no comment on the merits of the review application.
