Golden Circle Limited 02 - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated 24 October 2007 from Merim Pty Ltd in relation to the affairs of Golden Circle Limited.

The Panel declined to commence proceedings. Details of the Panel's decision can be found in TP07/82.
