Queensland Gas Company Limited - Panel Publishes Reasons

The Takeovers Panel (Panel) has today published the reasons for its decision in relation to an application dated 20 November 2006 from Santos CSG Pty Ltd in relation to its off-market takeover bid for Queensland Gas Company Limited (see TP06/115).

Details of the Panel's decision were announced on 19 December 2006 in Panel media release TP06/121.

The sitting Panel which considered the application was Meredith Hellicar, Norman O'Bryan (sitting President) and Simon Withers.
