The Panel has made a declaration of unacceptable circumstances and final orders after consideration of an application dated 27 March 2019 by Keybridge Capital Limited in relation to the affairs of Yowie Group Ltd and an application dated 11 April 2019 by Yowie in relation to its affairs.
